I am a Georgia native and the influences I share from growing up here are a strong belief in the right to carry arms and a general disbelief in the mental state of people. Just a bunch of gun toting crazy people!

I’m a watcher. I lurk and watch and follow people without that stalker vibe. My work has evolved from cutesy kids drawings with lots of made up characters and goofy faces to more oppressive drawings. Occasionally I pull up an old character to learn from them, but my line work is serious even if it is sketchy. I find myself unable to go back to that time when drawing wasn’t about control.

Society crafts people to work for them. Even without realizing it I have been drawn into this word of Art for Labor. I admit I’m not very good at it. I forget sometimes that we are always students and that I should lighten up just a tad. I’m determined to learn at my own pace and at my own will. I find myself fighting against the influence of opinions on my work. Barring in mind I do appreciate a critical comment, so long as it doesn’t impose I change for them.

In the end I have a neutral opinion, however I am content to be useless if I am not allowed to find my own way.
